Enjoy incredible views from every room or any one of your three balconies. The house is conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and shops - next door to Toucans opening Summer 2026. Interior features: Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, elevator servicing all floors, DIRECTV, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill, and more. 1st Floor: pool, parking, entry. 2nd Floor: Living room, kitchen, half bath, dining room and a king suite. 3rd Floor: 3BR/3.5BA (2 king suites, 1 bedroom with 4 full beds, 2nd living area with half bath). 4th Floor: 4BR/4BA (3 King suites, 1 bedroom with 4 full beds). Pool heat is included. Saturday to Saturday rental. 2027 available for booking August 1st.

Amazing house located right on the beach. Beautifully decorated and clean. My large family vacations often and rarely is a house set up for a large group like The Bird's Nest is. There are two dining tables, two refrigerators, two dish washers, tons of dishes and glassware. Each room has it's own spacious bathroom. We loved our time here!
