This was our first FAMILY (2 grown children and their spouses & children) vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. The condo is very quite, so the kids could nap. Beautiful view of the beach and we saw dolphins almost daily! We had breakfast and lunch in every day and cooked most of the nights in. Everything we could need was right there. The pool was never full, most of the time we had it to ourselves. The beach was great, easy to get to . The host, Todd, was always very quick to respond, he was even able to get us in early when we arrived.

Sand & Sunrises is wonderful, and Todd is wonderful to work with. The view is spectacular and the condo has everything that you need. Beds are super comfortable. Getting to the beach is very quick and easy. Everything was spotless, upgraded, and had a very ‘beachy’ vibe. We have stayed in Oceania before and loved the corner unit and being on the 10th floor. We loved just sitting on the porch which is huge, and the furniture is so comfortable! We hope to visit again soon!!!
