This rental did not meet our needs because there was no bathroom on the first floor. We had my elderly mother staying with us and expected to have her stay in the first floor bedroom because she cannot climb stairs. There was no bathroom on the first floor so we had to put her in the master bedroom. I spent the rest of our time in perpetual fear that she would fall down the stairs.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for it perfect central Mesa location. It's just a few blocks from the light rail and making it easy travel to across Phoenix. About 10 minutes from downtown Mesa with tons of restaurants and a fun nightlife. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, from parks and kayaking to tubing the Salt River, and it's also close to Spring Training games, so whether you love adventure or baseball, everything is within reach!
