About this property

A comfortable vacation home nestled harmoniously in Port Greve Park - Zeeland

This cosy holiday home is located in the Port Greve holiday park in the romantic fishing village of Brouwershaven, in the Zeeland region of the Netherlands. The Grevelingenmeer and the sandy beach are just a 5-minute walk from the house, and the wide North Sea beaches are only about an 8-minute drive away. The house features a private garden, a patio, patio furniture, a grill, and a lounge chair. In addition, there are 2 parking spaces at the house. The very well-equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, a Senseo pod machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner gas stove, and a washing machine. The cosy living room offers a satellite TV system with a flat-screen colour TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with radio, CD, and Bluetooth. Internet and Wi-Fi are available. Our holiday home is rented out exclusively to private guests. The furnishings do not adhere to the park management’s standard specifications but have been individually and harmoniously arranged with an eye for detail. A small library, a selection of games, and a Wii console ensure relaxing holiday days even when the weather is bad.

There are two golf courses very close to our holiday home in Brouwershaven, Zeeland, NL. There is an 18-hole course in Burgh Haamstede—“Golfplatz De Molenberg,” Hogeweg 3”—and another one a bit further away in Bruinisse, Oudendijk 3.

Currently, the indoor swimming pool and the indoor playground in the park are closed. Unfortunately, as the rental agency, we have no influence over this. As soon as they reopen, we will post an update here. If you’d like to visit an indoor pool during this time, we recommend the Feel Fit Centre Schouwen-Duiveland in Zierikzee, located at Lange Blokweg 27A.

Sehr sauberes Ferienhaus, perfekte Ausstattung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, es wurden uns viele Tipps gegeben. Obwohl sich das Haus in einer sehr großen Ferienanlage befindet, war es sehr ruhig. In der Anlage ist ein kleiner Supermarkt.. der Standort ist perfekt für Radausflüge usw. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Alles notwendige vorhanden.Nähe zum Spielplatz von Vorteil, da mit Kleinkind angereist.Schade, dass das Schwimmbad und Innenspielplatz nicht mehr im Betrieb, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts.Der einzige Kritikpunkt, das Badezimmer.Zwar schön eingerichtet, aber dauerhaft ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch drin. Auch viel Lüften hat leider nichts gebracht.

Besten Dank für Ihr Feedback. Leider wird der Indoorspielplatz und das Schwimmbad durch den bisherigen Betreiber / Pächter nicht weiter bewirtschaftet. Richtig ist, dass wir als Vermieter darauf keinen Einfluss haben. Somit wird diese Option auch nicht mehr in unsere Inserierung angegeben. Ob und wann das Schwimmbad wieder öffnet, könne wir aktuell nicht sagen. Eine Alternative wäre das Schwimmbad in Zirikzee. Sehr schade finde ich es, dass Sie weder mir noch unserem Verwalter eine Info bzgl. des Geruches im Bad gegeben haben. Hier hätten wir bestimmt eine Lösung gefunden und direkt reagiert. Die Kommunikation im Nachgang über eine Bewertung ist meiner Meinung nach nicht die erste Wahl. Unser Verwalter hat die Situation vor Ort geprüft und konnte keinen Geruch im Bad feststellen.

Sehr schönes, komfortables Haus in bester Lage. Herr Melcher war super nett und auch der Kontakt vor Ort ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir bekamen tolle Tips. Wirklich eine außergewöhnlich gute Unterkunft. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus ,schöner Park .

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt, die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos und wir haben noch tolle Tips von Rik zum Essen gehen bekommen.Wir hatten noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus bewohnt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt….perfekt!!! Auch der Park und die Umgebung einfach genial. Zum Fahrrad fahren perfekt. Können wir zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Ferienhaus und Anlage waren Gut. In der Anzeige stand „Abgeschlossener Garten“ dem war leider nicht so. Mit kleinen Kinder daher schwierig, Rest wie beschrieben.

Vielen Dank für Ihre positive Bewertung und Ihr Feedback, auf das ich gern eingehe. Bei der Modernisierung und Neuanlage des Gartens und des hauseigenen Parkplatzes ist das alte Tor ausrangiert worden. Tatsächlich ist der Einfahrtsbereich aktuell nur durch ein Seil gesichert. Dieses wollen wir allerdings wieder ändern. Zum Ende der Saison, wenn Außenarbeiten im Park wieder möglich sind, wird ein neues Tor installiert. Dieses sichert dann nicht nur die Einfahrt, sondern dient auch als Sichtschutz. Schön, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat. Viele Grüße aus Brouwershaven Michael Melcher

Toller Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Auch für Kinder ist an alles gedacht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass man die Spielplätze, das Geschäft und das Schwimmbad schnell erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Great for families!

Nice place and a fantastic value. I wish that there was a toilet upstairs, and the stove was difficult to work. But these things can't be helped - but just the only "downside" of the place. Really loved that there were toys, games, puzzles, and books for the kids. Also that there is a little private garden for them to play in.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus im schönen Ferienpark

In diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus haben wir mit unseren 2 Kids (2 und 4 Jahre) einen schönen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, fehlte es uns an nichts. Wir haben uns alle 4 sehr wohl dort gefühlt und haben täglich dem Bollo-Bär "Hallo" gesagt. Die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur haben wir sehr genossen. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir sehr netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt.

Toller Urlaub

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Eine toller Landal Park, wenn man Entertainment braucht. Das Haus liegt zentral aber ruhig. Eine schöne Gegend und Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
