The separate bedroom with double bed, from which you can gaze directly into the starry Upper Bavarian sky - or alternatively darken it completely - ensures peaceful nights. The duvets and bed linen are allergy-friendly and comply with the eco-textile standard. The bathroom is located beyond the hallway, while the entire living area (except the bathroom) has high-quality solid wood flooring and blackout options.

Outside, you can enjoy the spacious south-facing balcony. Ideally located to enjoy the picturesque view of the local mountains with a glass of wine or to start the day with a sunny breakfast.
