Friendly Holiday Apartment "Alpenrose" Near the Old Town with Balcony and Garden

Constance, the largest city on Lake Constance, attracts numerous visitors every year. The romantic, winding old town, the magnificent cathedral, stately old buildings, beautifully located lakeside baths, and the proximity to the flower island of Mainau are just some of the highlights. The city is an ideal destination for culture enthusiasts, families, nature lovers, and city travelers.



On the edge of the old town and just a few minutes' walk from the harbor, you will find the 70 m² holiday apartment "Alpenrose" on the top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa.



The invitingly furnished apartment features a living room with two sofa beds for two people each and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment can accommodate up to seven people.



Amenities also include cable TV and Wi-Fi on request.



A washing machine is available on request and for an additional fee.



A shared balcony offers a lovely view of the garden. The fenced garden and outdoor area, planted with many flowers, are open to all guests of the house.



Pets are welcome and may be brought along at no extra charge.



A few meters from the accommodation is a private property with several parking spaces. You will receive a parking card from the host, and a parking space is securely reserved for you. Parking for loading and unloading is available directly in front of the house. There is a separate storage room for bicycles in the basement.



The booking price includes parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.

Sehr schöne Ausstattung, ruhige Lage mit leichtem Zugang nach Konstanz

Pros: Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr schön. Alles war gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und ansprechend, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Die Altstadt in Konstanz kann zu Fuß sehr schnell erreicht werden. Ruhige Lage nahe dem See. Cons: Das Doppelbett war für meine Bedürfnisse zu hart, das Ausklappbett dagegen i.O. Daher "nur" 4 Sterne.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist mega nett und gibt gute Tips in der aumgebung Es war alles da was benötigt wird. Sehr schön, dass Toilette und Dusche getrennt sind, dadurch kommt es morgens nicht zum Stau wenn man mit mehreren Personen anteeist.

Das geräumige Appartement ist sehr gepflegt. Die hellen Räume sind wohnlich eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeberin sich gern um ihre Gäste kümmert und alles tut, um ihnen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
