Host didn’t have home ready until 5:30pm and tried to blame me because I said we would be there around 5, but check in was at 4 so it should have been ready. She offered to extend my stay until 2 Sunday, but we didn’t need that and clearly the reason why the rental wasn’t ready for us because she extends check out so often. Property lacks proper maintenance and multiple dishes were dirty in kitchen.She offered to refund 20 for the cleaning fee and said only one person stayed so she only needed to change one set of sheets. All sheets need to be changed. She was sitting in her car when we got there and then had it ready 20 minutes later. There is no way the property was cleaned properly. Dryer was not connected properly and smelled like something was burning when turned on and she left towels in the dryer from the previous renter.Just overall a poor experience. The three king beds and nice and the house is decorated cute and has close proximity to downtown, but in all my years renting I’ve never been greeted by a host in this way.
