Amazing House

Stayed May 2021 Anne H. In May 2021 we have spent a wonderful week as a family in this beautiful house with pool. Every room in the house is tastefully and well furnished, completely clean. The pool is also very clean und very big. The house is very new and was great inside and outside. The very nice landlords welcomed us warmly and nicely and were very open to answer any questions. Also they helped us with the recommendations for nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The house is perfectly equipped: everything is there that you need for a relaxing holiday. Grill, pizza oven, dishwasher! It is very close to nice restaurants and wonderful beaches. We really would like to thank the landlords, Ramona and Sonny for their nice hospitality. We really would recommend their nice house for great and relaxing holidays within Istria. Thank you so much! Anne & family

Freundliche Vermieter, traumhaft schönes Haus mit komplett umzäunten gepflegten Grundstück.Toller Pool und abseits am Ende von Sackgasse gelegen kein Verkehr.Zum sauberen Meer ist es nicht weit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe.Für uns zwei und unsere 3 Hunde war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit Entspannung, Baden und Spaziergängen, Sonnenuntergängen am Meer mit lecker Essen in den Restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen

Alles klar – hier eine ausführlichere Version, die trotzdem locker und positiv klingt:---Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist modern, sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber – genau so, wie es auch auf den Fotos gezeigt wird. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool, der wunderbar zum Entspannen und Erfrischen einlädt. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für Erholung, und gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht, gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aufmerksam und jederzeit. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub rundum genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Pool. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie haben uns interessante Ausflugstipps gegeben und sind auf Sonderwünsche sofort eingegangen. Die Zimmer sind hell und groß, der Garten mit den vielen Bäumen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Bis zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Insgesamt schöner Urlaub, aber nicht so, wie erwartet

Wie im Titel oben angegeben, hatten wir insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich gut, Strand, Restaurants und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben auf jegliche Anfragen sehr schnell geantwortet und sich versucht direkt um alles zu kümmern, was gegebenenfalls angefallen ist. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind in einem insgesamt guten Zustand. Wobei man sich hier nicht von dem Titel und den Bildern täuschen lassen sollte. Es handelt sich bei diesen Objekt nicht um eine neugebaute Villa, sondern um ein altes Haus, welches größtenteils renoviert wurde.

Unser Aufenthalt endete dort 5 min nach der Ankunft! Keine einzige Nacht dort verbracht!! Schimmelbefall in der Klima Grundstück nicht umlaufend gesichert Mülleimer noch mit Müll voll! Haustür und Hoftor nicht abschließbar Bei Fragen , geben gerne noch mehr

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Pula

Wir waren zu fünf Frauen und zwei großen Hunden zu Gast. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen und Problemchen waren sie jederzeit ansprechbar und haben auch sofort geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafter Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Sehr saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für eine Familie mit Teenagern, die gerne die Abende gemeinsam bei Spiel und Spaß verbringen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, verfügt über ein Dartspiel und einen Billardtisch. Beides haben wir für zahlreiche Wettbewerbe ausgiebig genutzt. Ebenso verfügt das Objekt über zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit Dusche. Sehr hilfreich für eine vierköpfige Familie. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Für Läufer ist die Unterkunft nicht perfekt, da die Laufstrecken in der Umgebung sehr hügelig, an stark befahrenen Straßen und meist in der Sonne liegen. Dennoch kann ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Da alle anderen genannten Punkte perfekt sind, um die Seele baumeln lassen zu können und den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen.

rundherum schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit 3 Generationen, Großeltern, Eltern und Enkel(knapp 2Jahre) zu Gast. Ein neues Haus mit guter Einrichtung und großer Garten, der sich in kürzester Zeit zu eionem tollen Spielplatz entwickelte (Kleinkindrutsche, Trampolin, jede Menge Spielsachen) Highlite war jedoch der Pool der allen riesig Spaß bereitet hat. Die Lage ist am Ortsrand von Pula absolut ruhig in einetr Sackstrasse. Strand ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar oder mit dem Auto (parken kein Problem). Das Zentrum von Pula ist mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls in 15 Minuten. erreichbar. Einkzufsmöglichkeiten mehr als ausreichend.

Schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit freundlichen Vermietern

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, sowohl in der Küche als auch sonst. Es war bei Ankunft tadellos geputzt, im Kühlschrank fanden wir kalten Saft und Bier zum Willkommen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief freundlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Feel good and relax

Wunderschönes und sehr gut gutausgestattetes Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten. Ideal für unsere Hunde , die haben auch immer ein schönes schattiges Plätzchen gefunden. Zentral gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und fürsorglich aber nicht aufdringlich! Idealere Ort um zu chillen oder auch mal zum nahegelegenen Strand zum schwimmen zu gehen. Tolles Ferienhaus bei Pula

Wir durften eine Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber Ramona und Soni sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung befinden sind zahlreiche Ausflugsziele: Pula, Rovinji, Bale, Faszana etc. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche! Die Vermieter haben uns super lieb begrüßt und auch für unsere Hunde wurden ein paar Leckerlis bereit gestellt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hat eine tolle Terrasse und einen schönen Garten mit Pool. Es ist schön ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit weg vom Meer und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Schönes Haus auf großem eingezäunten Grundstück, geeignet für Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund. Absolut ruhig gelegen, dennoch schnell in der Stadt und am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Danke für das Willkommens-Bier!
