This spacious, modern holiday apartment (53 square metres) for 2 people is located on the 2nd floor (attic) in a quiet area with a magnificent panoramic view of the Tauber Valley. It features an open and bright layout with external blinds and good thermal insulation. The living area features a large sofa, a dining table for 4 people, and a desk. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, an egg cooker, a hob, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bedroom features a double bed with two separate mattresses (each 1 m x 2 m) with open ends. The bathroom, which includes a toilet and a large shower, also comes equipped with a hair dryer and a magnifying mirror. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, and final cleaning are included in the price. Payment of the total cost is due via bank transfer (one week before arrival). For last-minute bookings, payment is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM; check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM or by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available at the house.
