<br>HOF27—right on the Weser Bike Path<br>The entryway of our post-and-beam house, built in 1903, was completely renovated in 2020. <br>The open-concept living space is barrier-free and spans 70 square metres.<br>The large panoramic window floods the dining and living areas with light and opens onto the courtyard with an outdoor seating area.<br>We paid close attention to detail in the design. <br>The space can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for families as well. <br>There is one bedroom with a double bed, a loft bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. <br>The bathroom, with its 3.50-meter-high wooden ceiling and retro design, is a special highlight. <br>Functionality and design were key priorities in the furnishings, resulting in a unique atmosphere that stays true to the farmhouse’s origins while still feeling modern and cosy.<br><br>Amenities:<br>Bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) and Ambilight TV<br>Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator (with freezer) <br>Dining table for 4 people <br>Living area with a sleeper sofa and Ambilight TV<br>and a loft bed <br>Bathroom with a large, walk-in rain shower <br>—all barrier-free <br>Towels and bed linens included<br><br>Location:<br>Our area, Eissel, is not accessible by public transport. However, the nearest train station is only 2.5 km away. The peace and quiet and the natural surroundings are especially popular with cyclists. Here, you can go for a morning jog or walk the dog, hop on your bike, and ride along the dike to pick up some bread rolls. The Weser River is perfect for water sports, and our private lake in the village is ideal for swimming or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). <br>Many farms in the area provide top-quality regional products. <br>Highway access to Bremen, Hanover, and Hamburg (A27) <br>Train service to Bremen via the S-Bahn; IC connections are also available from Verden
