The home is pet-friendly with 2 dog bowls, a medium folding dog crate, and towels to wipe dirty paws. There is a $50 pet fee per stay automatically incorporated into the price of the reservation when you select pets during your search criteria.

A car is recommended for the most convenience, especially if you plan to explore nearby beaches, parks, or take day trips.

• Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL): under 15 minutes
• Downtown Hollywood: about 10 minutes
• Fort Lauderdale / Las Olas: about 15 minutes
• Miami / South Beach: approximately 30 minutes

Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and bike rentals are popular along the Broadwalk for easy beach cruising. Free driveway parking for two vehicles is available at the home.

Please note, items like trash bags, paper towels (1 roll), and toilet paper (2 rolls/bathroom) are provided in starter amounts but depending on your length of stay or number in your group, you may need to purchase more to complete your stay.

• The pool is cleaned on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
• Landscapers visit every other Monday.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations and refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy shown on the listing. Operating costs are incurred regardless of occupancy, so we are unable to make exceptions outside of the listed policy. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through the booking platform or a third-party provider.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
