This lovely condo features a king bed and a queen bed, plus an open living room with an additional queen sofa bed for comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The space feels warm and inviting, perfect for both restful nights and lively gatherings. Settle in to the spacious, open-plan living area, complete with a decorative fireplace and a large-screen TV for entertainment, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. The indoor community hot tub, literally 25 steps from your front door, is a great way to relax after your day of outdoor adventures. Whether you’re curling up with a book or spending time with friends, this delightful retreat offers everything you need.

The gourmet kitchen is completely outfitted with modern conveniences, granite surfaces, and everything needed for preparing delicious home cooked meals. Washer and dryer in unit. Two permitted parking spaces.

Conveniently located right across from the lively Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, this property is a true paradise for outdoor adventurers. Easily stroll to the Cabriolet lift (500m or 3 blocks), retail outlets, and dining establishments at Canyons Village in just a few minutes. The PC Free Bus stop is conveniently located 200m or 1 1/2 blocks outside, facilitating easy travel to Main Street and other parts of Park City. Lace up your walking shoes and step onto the Park City trail with access to Matt Knoop Park.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the entire premises. Violation will result in a min of $500 fee for additional cleaning and restoration.
