Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus enthält alles was notwendig ist und darüber hinaus weitere angenehme Ausstattungsmerkmale. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist in der Nähe erreichbar (bspw. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants). Mit Kurkarten kann der Bus kostenfrei in der Gemeinde genutzt werden; direkt vor der Haustür ist die Haltestelle. Einen Abzug gebe ich für den Check-in. Der Check-in ist erst ab 16:00 Uhr möglich. Check-out soll am Abreisetag bis 10:00 Uhr erfolgen. Grundsätzlich kennt man dieses Vorgehen bei Hotelaufenthalten. Finde ich sehr schade, da in der Praxis (bei uns) bei langer Anfahrt die Reise früh morgens beginnt. Wenn man dann bereits bspw. um 14:00 Uhr am Urlaubsort ankommt, muss man sich zwei Stunden anderweitig beschäftigen bis man letztlich "ankommt", weil erst dann ein Check-in möglich wird. Ein Check-in um 16:00 Uhr ist nicht gesichert, weil die Übergabe von den Terminen des Übergabeservices abhängig ist - in unserem Fall, war der Check-in ab 16:30 Uhr möglich. Für den ersten und den letzten Tag gilt grundsätzlich: Anreise so spät wie möglich, Abreise so früh möglich. Dennoch zahlt man für zwei Tage, obwohl es zeitlich betrachtet nur ein Tag ist. Das ist aber leider die übliche Praxis. Hier empfand ich den Check-in als unflexibel, starr.
