Private: property 2'500 m2, large, well-kept garden with lawn 1'500 m2, swimming pool heated (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 11.Oct.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Fireplace. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop "De Lijn" 2 km, railway station "Oostende" 8 km, sandy beach "Bredene" 6 km, nudist beach 7 km. Marina 7 km, surf school 6 km, riding stable 3 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 8 adults + 6 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. great, spacious House

The house was exceeding all our expectations. the inside is spacious, modern yet comfy with a large dining area and an open and well equipped kitchen. the outside provides enough space to run around (ideal for the kids), a fire place as well as a BBQ pit on the terrace ( the pool was closed for the season). just bear in mind that you need a car to get around since the house is a bit isolated

Traumhaftes Haus mit allem erdenklichen Komfort

Wir haben mit drei familien ein tolles Wochenende hier verbracht. Das haus ist wirklich fantastisch, vier völlig gleichwertige Doppel-Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten, reichlich Stauraum und jeweils eigenem schönen Badezimmer, dazu ein toller Dachboden für 6 Personen mit eigener TV-Ecke. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Dazu noch tolle Wohnbereiche, in denen man es sich gemütlich machen kann und zudem genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hat. Der riesige Garten mit Pool rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und eine eindeutige Empfehlung, hier gibt es rein gar nichts zu meckern. Gerne jederzeit wieder, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Top, 5 Sterne und klare Höchstbewertung.

Zeer mooi huis met alle gemakken die je wenst. Op elke slaapkamer een aparte badkamer. Lekker de ruimte als je met wat meer mensen bent. Wij waren met 10 en dat was top. Misschien volgend jaar weer!

Les espaces de vie sont spacieux lumineux Les chambres sont très confortables avec Wc et salle de bain dans chacune. Ne manque qu’une machine à laver ce qui est surprenant au regard du standing de la location. J’aurais apprécié un accueil personnalisé dans la maison, des personnes sont passées plusieurs fois dans le jardin vérifier sans que nous ayons été informés que ce serait le cas, et sans nous saluer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour de grand confort

Entre amis et avec des adolescents, la maison est parfaite, spacieuse, très bien équipée. La localisation est parfaite pour rayonner vers Gand, Bruges..... Nous aurions simplement aimé être prévenus des allers et venues dans le jardin de personnes chargées de l'entretien ou autre.....

Entspannter Urlaub mit Freunden

In dem wirklich wunderschönen Haus (es sieht noch genau so toll aus, wie auf den Bildern) durfte ich eine Woche mit meinen Freunden verbringen. Wir waren eine Gruppe junger Erwachsener. Das Haus war sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet und die insgesamt 6 (!) Bäder einfach perfekt für eine große Gruppe! Das einzige negative am Haus war die durch Smart-Home gesteuerte Beleuchtung. Lichtschalter hätten es besser getan und nachts ging bei und die Flurbeleuchtung nicht aus (jedoch wurde uns nach einem Anruf sofort Hilfe angeboten). Wir haben die Nachbarschaft nicht gesehen, man kann aber grundsätzlich unbesorgt Musik im Haus hören. Mit dem Auto kann man super den Strand, Brügge und andere Aktivitäten erreichen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wij waren hier in december. Prima huis voor familiefeest. Zalig ruime keuken met alle toebehoren. Welkoms lekkernijen, lekker warm, ideale kamer- en badkamer indeling. Kinderen genoten van televisie zitkuil op zolder. Voor wie het dreigt te vergeten, wel even denken aan eigen zeep en shampoo, en wat extra WC papier. Strand: dichtbij. Lamp in hal was defect, was zo gemaakt. Kinderbedje was vergeten bij te zetten, in mum van tijd uiterst vriendelijk gepiept. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben das Haus für einen Familienurlaub mit unserer Großfamilie gebucht. Und wir waren rundum begeistert. Die Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz für große Gruppen. Die Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet sodass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat.
