With your family, grandparents, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, friends, or just the two of you... Our new holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people. It features two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There are spacious bathrooms and an additional bathroom on the upper floor, where you’ll find a large covered terrace wrapping around the house with a direct view of the sea, complete with comfortable lounge furniture and a gas grill. You’ll also find a spacious living room (40 m²) and a dining area on the upper floor, featuring a modern open-concept kitchen that invites you to cook while enjoying the view of the sea. There’s also a large side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker. Enjoy the view over the turquoise-blue Mediterranean Sea.... The large pool (12 m x 5 m) is perfect for cooling off and swimming. Sun loungers, a gazebo, and an outdoor shower are also available in the spacious outdoor area.<br>The gorgeous sandy beach, which is almost exclusively for your use and accessible directly from the property, slopes gently into the sea, making it ideal for children as well. Just a 5- to 10-minute walk along the beach, you’ll find bars and taverns right on the beach (Marathias/Santa Barbara). In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the 3-kilometer-long town of Agios Georgios Argyrades, which offers a variety of taverns, bars, boat rentals, small supermarkets, and tour operators… all right by the sea.......
