Welcome to the popular “Nordseebirke” holiday home.
This cosy, smoke-free holiday home is located in the small, tranquil village of Süderdeich between Büsum and Sankt Peter-Ording, not far from the North Sea.
The spacious property, with its approximately 700 square metres, offers plenty of lawn space for both playing and relaxing. A secluded and partially covered courtyard allows you to enjoy the fresh air in both sunny and rainy weather, making many a cosy summer evening unforgettable.
Our “Nordseebirke” holiday home in detail:
The red-brick bungalow, measuring about 85 square metres, features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a wonderfully spacious kitchen/dining and living area of about 45 square metres.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The larger of the two bedrooms, measuring approximately 20 square metres, features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a spacious sliding-door closet. It also offers direct access to the secluded inner courtyard.
The second bedroom features a cosy bunk bed (2 x 0.80 x 2 m), which also comfortably sleeps two people, and of course, this room also has a closet.
Living Room:
The living room area features modern yet very cosy seating. The sofa converts into a bed with a sleeping surface of 1.10 x 1.90 m—a backup spot for snorers ;-)—and thanks to the additional armchair with ottoman and a contemporary smart TV, you won’t miss out on “slipper film nights.”
Cooking:
The open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—from the induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, convection oven at a comfortable operating height, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and much more—you’ll find everything you need to prepare relaxing holiday meals.
Dining:
In the spacious dining area, a modern wooden table with four wonderfully comfortable swing chairs provides plenty of space to enjoy meals in a relaxed setting and also offers ample room for extended game nights and social gatherings.
Outdoor Area/Garden:
In addition to the lawns and the wind-protected yet sunny courtyard, the “Nordseebirke” holiday home also features spacious terraces for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors.
The garden, enclosed by a fence approximately 70 cm high, is ideal for children, dogs, and/or simply for relaxing, and rounds out the overall picture of our holiday oasis.
