This exceptionally cosy and functionally furnished holiday apartment features a living room with a comfortable corner sofa and a large table. From here, you can watch TV or listen to music. There is also a dining area by the large balcony window.

The kitchen, which opens off the living room, is well-equipped with kitchen appliances and allows you to prepare all your meals.
The spacious bedroom features a double bed (180x200) at a comfortable height. The closets offer plenty of space for your clothes. Two armchairs are available here, and there is a writing desk for light paperwork.
The living room features an additional single bed at a comfortable height with an electrically adjustable slatted frame.

The bathroom includes a toilet, a bathtub (with shower option), and a separate shower stall.

The apartment is very quiet. When the window is open, only faint street noises can be heard. The radiators allow the apartment to be heated quickly and efficiently.
During the warmer months, the balcony is a great place to relax. An electric awning provides protection from excessive sunlight when needed.

A washing machine is available in the kitchen for small loads of laundry.
Sports equipment you bring with you (e.g., bicycles, skis, sleighs) can be stored in the basement.

Outdoor area:
From the balcony, you have a view of the garden, which is very well-maintained and bordered by trees. In the morning, the sun shines into the bedroom, and in the afternoon, into the living room.

Right next to the building is the parking space for your car that belongs to the apartment. Here you can unpack in peace. It’s just a few metres to the building.
