Farmstay in the Woods at Cedrus Farms
Nestled in the lush woods of the Pacific Northwest atop the hills above the Snoqualmie Valley, our charming hobby farm is home to happy chickens, playful goats, gentle cows, and a few mischievous barn cats. Wander through our orchard, relax in our forest groves, and explore our garden beds where you can pick fresh produce and learn about farm living.
We moved in and started our little homestead in 2025, come help us grow!
Farmstay Accommodations:
You will be staying in your own personal oasis. While it may be ‘attached’ to the house, our guest house is completely separate from the main house and has its own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and living area just steps from our chickens for an easy breakfast!

All Guests and Visitors must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Hosts during their stay.
Check In: Check in after 3:00pm using the code lock on the front door (code provided 24-48 hours prior to stay).
Check Out: Check out must be completed by 11:00am to allow time for cleaning before the next guest’s stay. Late check out may be accommodated if arranged prior to stay pending other bookings.
Visitors and Events: No extra guests, visitors, or events are allowed without pre-approval. - If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, party), please speak with us about it first so that we can determine suitability and provide you with an event quotation that includes the use of the property.
Pets: No pets are allowed to protect our animal residents.
Noise: Guests must keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb the home occupants or occupants of neighboring properties. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am daily. Excessive noise may result in termination of the VRBO rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental payment, and extra charges.
Children: This is a family oriented and child friendly stay, however children must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
Use of Property: Please close all doors and gates behind you. Feel free to sample eggs, fruit, and produce, but please take only what you need for your stay, we feed our family with our farm. It is your responsibility to fully wash and appropriately cook all foodstuffs to avoid food borne illness. Please return all items to their original location after use (inside and outside).
Interactions With Animals: Remember that our livestock, while friendly, can still cause injury. Do not enter the pastures without our express permission and supervision. Take care with children and always supervise all interactions. Feed only the provided treats as other foods can make our animals sick, take care to feed with an open hand to avoid bites. Do not chase or catch chickens as this causes them significant stress and injury. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
Smoking/Vaping: This is a strict non-smoking premise, including vaping.
Off-Limits Areas: Please respect all signage indicating off-limits areas including the cattle and goat pastures, well house, garages, and main house.
Illegal Activities: All illegal activities, including use of illegal substances, is strictly prohibited and will result in contacting law enforcement.
Maintenance: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be addressed during your stay. All damages caused by Guest/Visitors or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
Rearranging Furniture: Please do not rearrange any of the furniture in or on the property without prior approval.
Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes fans, kitchen appliances, hair dryers, etc.
If you book a stay on behalf of additional Guests, you are required to ensure that every additional guest meets any requirements set by the Host, and is made aware of and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. The primary guest is held countable and liable for all actions of the non-registered guests.
Under Washington state law, there is limited liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such an injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. We are required to ensure that in any activity involving minor children, only age-appropriate access to activities, equipment, and animals is permitted. Guests acknowledge that Cedrus Farms is a farm property and that access to farm grounds and animals, as well as access and consumption of eggs, involves inherent risks, such as uneven terrain, mud, weather conditions, animals that may bite, kick, or behave unpredictably, and risks associated with handling or consuming unprocessed farm products. By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to the following terms. Guests voluntarily assume all risks arising from their presence on the farm and any interaction with animals, farm features, or farm-provided eggs, whether supervised or unsupervised. Guests agree to use only designated areas, follow posted rules and instructions, supervise children at all times, and refrain from unsafe or unauthorized activities. Certain activities on the property may qualify as agritourism activities under Washington law. Guests acknowledge receipt of required agritourism warnings and agree that participation is voluntary and at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests release and hold harmless the property owner and operator from any incidental, consequential, indirect, statutory, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from these inherent risks, except to the extent caused by the owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
