This two-story holiday home with air conditioning features one bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen, blending modern décor with traditional architecture. Amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs, a high chair, and a cot. On the first floor, you can access the terrace, furnished with chairs and a table, where you’ll enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains. La casa Bonita est une très jolie location, typique des maisons du village. Placée à quelques pas du centre historique de Sòller (rue piétonne avec de belles boutiques, un large choix de restaurants et commodités), sa terrasse à l’étage offre une vue sur les montagnes très agréable au petit déjeuner comme le soir. Proche de la gare (avec son vieux train pour aller visiter Palma), le village est idéalement situé pour découvrir le nord ouest de l’île. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Süße Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Pros: Mit Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, viele nützliche Dinge (Platz um Koffer auszuräumen, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenaustattung generell (es gab Schwämme, Küchentücher, Spülmaschinentabs, spüli etc), viele Kissen, separate Decken, Bücher, genug Handtücher...). Zwei Badezimmer waren auch super, die Klimaanlage war top und auch nachts sehr leise, die kleine Terasse war perfekt zum Frühstücken für uns zwei (mit Sonnenschirm) Unsere Kontaktperson war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich schnell um Fragen/Probleme gekümmert und war super freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Lage top. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es empfehlen :) Cons: Das Erdgeschoss ist recht dunkel durch die Lage zur Gasse hin, hat uns jetzt aber nicht so gestört, weil wir dort nie waren. Man hört Autos/Motorräder in der Wohnung, die kamen aber eher ab und an mal vorbei und wir konnten jede Nacht ruhig schlafen. Die Lage ist zentral in Soller, wir fanden es dennoch ruhig.

Très bel emplacement !

La petite maison de Victoria est ancienne et située dans le centre de Soller. L’emplacement est rêvé puisque on est tout prêt de la place ou se situent l’animation , restaurants et bars. Tout se fait à pied. La place de parking couverte est agréable. Soller est parfaitement situé pour découvrir la Serra de la Tramuntana qui est magnifique !

Het "verstopte huuske" was het voor ons wel.

Pros: de locatie bij het centrum was prima. mooi en volledig uitgerust huisje. prima bed. de eigenaar was behulpzaam bij het telefonisch contact dat we met haar hadden. Cons: wij vonden het moeilijk te vinden met de auto. het duurde ook even voordat we door hadden dat er een schuifje op de sleutelkluis zit dat je eerst naar beneden moest schuiven. De badkamer bleef vochtig, het raam is dicht gekit en de afzuiging werkt alleen als het licht brandt. Het lijkt een veluxraam dat niet bedoeld is om geheel horizontaal geplaatst te worden. Op een middag viel opeens alle stroom uit. een buurman bij wie ik vroeg of hij ook stroomuitval had wees ons de weg naar het deurtje waarachter de aardlekschakelaars zaten. Televisie was voor ons onbegrijpelijk. een van de kabels was door een vorige gebruiker losgetrokken. maar ook nadat we de verbinding hadden hersteld kregen we geen bruikbare zender op het scherm. was ook niet het belangrijkste voor ons.

Pros: La ubicació és molt bona i cèntrica. Cons: Només vaig trobar a faltar una barana per l’ús més còmode de les escales.
