Eine sher nette Doppelhaushälfte mit herforragendem Meeresblick!

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Haus verbracht. Es gibt genug Platz für alle, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Grillplatz ist da, Parkplatz ist da, Meeresblick ist fantastisch! Die Umgebung ist auch interessant. Die Restaurants "La Terazza" und Golfplatz sind sehr zu empfehlen! Die Promenade mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants liegt in 15-20min Fußmarsch entfehrnt. Die kleinen Felsenstrände in der Nähe sind kaum zum Baden geeignet. Deswegen sind wir jeden Tag entweder zum Hauptstrand von Alcudia ( 10 min mit dem Auto ) oder zu anderen Stränden gafahren. Es gibt nur Paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns am Haus nicht gefallen haben. Man sollte langsam das Bad vom Elternschlafzimmer renovieren. Dusche in der Badewanne mit einem Plastikvorhang bei der Preiskategorie, meiner Meinung nach, darf nicht sein. Der Pool auf den Bildern sieht viel größer aus als der tatsächlich ist und man sieht nicht, dass es eine Doppelhaushälfte ist. Wir hatten aber Glück und die Nachbarn waren nicht da. Allerdings das ist nichts im Vergleich zum Engagement von Tomeu! Er hat sich wirklich bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Er war immer erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert, falls wir was brauchten. Zum Beispiel gab es an einem Sonntagabend ein technisches Problem mit dem Warmwasser. Er stand kurz nach unserem Telefonat um 22:30 am SONNTAG! vor der Tür. Also vielen Dank an Tomeu! Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall das Objekt weiter!
