The barrier-free apartment is located in the rear part of the owner company's residential building and can also be easily reached with a wheelchair or walking aid via a ramp. It covers an area of approx. 35 square meters and includes a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery for up to 12 people, egg cooker including cups, sufficient cutlery and Coffee and breakfast dishes. Free WiFi is offered.

In addition to a 2-door wardrobe and a dining table for 4 people, there is also a double sofa bed with a table, TV with satellite dish, wardrobe and enough space in the drawer cupboard. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds with a 90×200 cm lying surface, which can also be used as a double bed when pushed together. Additionally, a radio alarm clock, a reading lamp and another side cabinet for personal items.

Bed linen, towels, bicycle rental are also available, as are reading material for young and old.

Outside the apartment, a terrace of approx. 15 square meters invites you to linger. Leisure chairs and sun loungers are available here. There is also a bicycle parking space for your own bikes right next to the terrace. In addition, the approximately 1600 square meter meadow behind the outbuildings on the property can also be used by arrangement.

Dogs are very welcome and will find over 100 km of developed cycle paths in the area, on which you can of course also go for a walk and around 30 km of which can also be used for skating/inline skating. In addition to Lake Schlabendorfer, which is about 500 meters away on foot, there are 4 other swimming and fishing lakes at a distance of up to 8 km.
