Cozy semi-detached house with sauna and close to the beach. On approximately 76 m², "Weisse Düne II" offers plenty of space for up to four people with two bedrooms and a large, open-plan living and dining area.
The excellent location immediately creates a vacation atmosphere, and the beach is just a short walk away. The single-story house features a modern, open-plan living and dining area with an adjoining, fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. The living area features a fireplace, perfect for cozying up in front of during the colder months. The kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped, ideal for enjoyable evenings of cooking together.
One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Here you can sleep in and escape the stresses of everyday life. The bathroom includes an infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation.
On the adjoining terrace, you can unwind at the end of the day and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Free parking is available in front of the property. A lockable bicycle shed is also provided for your use.

Ein schöner Urlaub nah an der See
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus weiße Düne 2 in Olpenitz. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und wir konnten schon direkt früher einziehen. Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt war es in einer perfekten Lage für kurzfristige Aufenthalte am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Wer ein schönes Ferienhaus sucht wird hier auf jeden Fall fündig.

Ostseeresort mit viel Nachholebedarf
Das Objekt ist neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Als Ferienhaus ist es sehr gut geeignet.
Das Ostseeresort Olpenitz bietet außer Ferienhäusern und Betonklötzen mit Fewo`s nichts! Es gibt 1 Edeka, 1 Gaststätte, 1 Spielplatz. Je nach Lage des FH / der Fewo sind die weit entfernt.
Es fehlt jegliche Infrastruktur in dem Ressort. Und durch die Insolvenz des Bauträgers Helma sieht man einen halbfertigen Betonklotz als Investruine. Zwischen den Häusern ist Wiese, an und für sich gut, aber wenn Gäste ihre Hunde darauf sich lösen lassen, ist das wenig schön.
Positiv; die halbstündige Busverbindung nach Kappeln.

Wundervoll liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber, top ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, tolle Infrarotsauna, die sehr schnell heiß wurde. Ebenso zu erwähnen ist die absolute Sauberkeit der Küche vor allem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Backofen. Als wären wir die ersten Gäste gewesen. Besteck wurde super ordentlich im Besteckkasten drapiert. Sogar die Küchenrolle war schön eingefaltet. Das sind Dinge, die extrem aufgefallen sind.
