Experience the arrival of storks along the Stork Route in spring. You can admire the first nest in about 250 m.
When autumn comes, thousands of wild geese arrive in the Lower Rhine to spend the winter here. A unique natural spectacle.

Beautiful cycling and hiking tours can be undertaken from us. The apartment is in a direct location
at the bicycle junction system in the Wesel district.

The passenger ferry is 3.2 km away
"Keer Tröch", which translates to the climatic health resort of Xanten, with its sights and excavations.

To the towns of Wesel and Rees you drive approximately 15 km over the dam/dyke.

A visit to the Deichdorfmuseum in Bislich is worthwhile in all seasons

Here is our lovingly furnished holiday apartment for up to 4 people, which was renovated in 2020 and classified
by German tourism association.

This has a separate entrance and can be reached directly via the small hallway. It therefore forms an independent residential unit in our single-family house.

Enjoy the view of nature during breakfast and the beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Wir können wirklich von Herzen diese Ferienwohnung empfehlen. Man findet selten eine so gemütliche, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich. Hier noch einmal "Herzlichen Dank" für die kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung.Der Ausblick auf den Rhein und die Landschaft ist toll. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir wirklich nichts vermisst.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, weil - super ruhige Lage direkt am Rheindamm - Panoramablick auf den Rhein, Schafe, Gänse - Natur pur - ideal für Radfahrer als auch Spaziergänger - Fähre nach Xanten ist in unmittelbarer Nähe - schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung - eine bestens ausgestattete und stilvolle Wohnung Bei schlechtem Wetter war der Ausflug nach Oberhausen in die Ausstellung im Gasometer ideal.

Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Rhein

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit dort am Rhein. Trotz des grauen, stürmischen Wetters hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, da die Wohnung super gemütlich ist und wir oft am Fenster saßen und auf den Rhein schauten. Aber auch die Deichwanderungen waren fantastisch, 2 Störche, viele Wildgänse, Schwäne, Schafe und eine tolle Luft haben dazu beigetragen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unseren Vermietern empfangen und fanden eine sehr saubere und liebevoll gepflegte Ferienwohnung vor. Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet; die Betten sind bequem. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick über den Deich ist traumhaft. Wer die Natur liebt, gerne radelt und wandert ist in der Ferienwohnung am Damm bestens aufgehoben. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Stille mit Rheinblick

Es ist eine nette stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der alles vorhanden ist was man so benötigt, ein kleiner Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Garten/Grillplatz es gibt auch eine Garage für Fahrräder oder Auto. Sehr ruhige Lage mit guten Wandermöglichkeiten und Radtouren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und werden die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen!

Eine schöne Urlaubswoche

Wir sind schon sehr viel verreist, aber eine so schöne Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nie vorgefunden. Geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Dekorationen. Moderne Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ebenso vorhanden wir zusätzliche Decken, Kissen und Bademäntel. Die ruhige Lage am Deich mit Blick auf den Rhein lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein. Wäre das Wetter besser gewesen, hätten wir uns auch im gepflegten Garten erholen können. Insgesamt gesehen haben wir eine stressfreie Urlaubswoche verbringen können.

Wunderschöne Vorweihnachtszeit

Lieber Herr Tengs, lieber Herr Krause! Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Ihrer äußerst liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Besonders hübsch war die Weihnachtsdeko! :-) Sie haben aber auch darüber hinaus an alle Details gedacht, die man als Vermieter nur bedenken kann - einmalig! Auch wenn wir sehr nebeliges Wetter hatten, sodass wir den Rhein manchmal kaum sehen konnten, haben wir die Atmosphäre in Ihrem Haus sowie die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Wir haben ja bereits das nächste Auszeit-Wochenende bei Ihnen gebucht, auf das wir uns sehr freuen. Liebe Grüße!

Herrlich entspannend

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Große und komfortable Wohnung mit herrlichem Rheinblick. Sehr sauber. Wir sind eine junge Familie aus Berlin, die hier ihren Sommerurlaub verbracht hat. Mit dem Fahrrad über den absolut ruhigen Deich zum Brötchenholen zu fahren ist schon ein guter Start in den Tag! Der große Garten für Kinder hatte einen Buddelkasten und Spielzeug und ließ die Kinder dann am Abend gut schlafen. In der Garage konnten wir mehrere Gefährte gut unterbringen. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Pavillon draußen, zB zum Grillen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Auszeit, Ruhe und Herzlichkeit

Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Rhein , umgeben von Feld und Wiesen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt . Die Wohnung ist sauber und nach tollem Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Badewanne ist ein Traum . Die Betten waren super bequem und ich habe wie ein Stein geschlafen. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.
