The Space:

This beautifully updated 1116-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath condo overlooking Tradewinds restaurant, entertainment, pool, two hot tubs, sandy beach, volleyball court, and beautiful Lake Davenport, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. This vacation stay includes in-home laundry, a well-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a private screened lanai/balcony, three TVs, and free parking for two cars - everything necessary to make this your home away from home while enjoying your vacation!



Bahama Bay Resort and Spa boasts four shared pools, five hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, tennis and shuffleboard courts, an on-site restaurant, a poolside bar, a Cenote Spa, and the Market Place convenience store. It is conveniently located near Walt Disney World, several golf courses, many other popular attractions, and extensive dining and shopping options to suit all tastes.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

All shared amenities are open and operating under limited capacity and new operating hours. Specific information will be provided after booking.



Please note:

Outdoor parking is available at no charge.

Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.

Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
