Als je met een groep gaat die in de avond graag buiten zit zou ik deze accommodatie niet aanraden. Er wordt verwacht dat het na 22:00 uur nagenoeg stil is. En dat is met een grote groep bijna niet te doen. De eigenaar woont naast de woning en zijn wel heel aardig. Om de dag bracht de eigenaar lekker gebak. Het huis zelf is wat verouderd maar verder wel prima. Het zwembad is lekker verfrissend. Pula ligt op een kwartiertje rijden en het strand op 10 minuutjes. Al met al een middelmatig verblijf.

Check in 14 Uhr nicht möglich.erst um 14.45 Uhr wurden die Reinigungsarbeiten dann abgebrochen. Unsere ersten Aktionen waren, die Böden zu wischen und den Staub grob zu entfernen. Der Pool wurde erst ein paar Tage später gereinigt jedoch über die 14 Tage immer mit extrem hohen Chlor-Gehalt und viel zu niedrigen pH-Wert. Aber morgens um 6.30 Uhr wurden wir geweckt, da auf der Dachterrasse die Stühle und Tische hin und her geschoben wurden um zu kehren. Die Hausfrau, die mit auf dem Gelände ein Haus weiter wohnt, hat sich jedoch sehr bemüht und uns selbstgebackene Krapfen etc gebracht. Leider rechtfertigt dies den Preis nicht. Das Haus ist veraltet und weißt viele Mängel auf, wie Putz kommt von der Wand, Fensterläden nicht zum schließen, Kaffeemaschinen defekt, Haustür schließt nicht bündig, es kommen zur geschlossenen Türe Eidechsen in die Wohnung, TV kein Signal, Klimaanlage nur eine pro Wohnung, was in der Dachwohnung nicht ausreichend ist. Die weiteren Familienmitglieder vom Haus auf dem Gelände haben wohl Dinge in unserem Haus eingelagert, da sie immer wieder durch unsere Anlage gelaufen sind um Getränke etc zu holen. Unser Haus machte einen wesentlich älteren Eindruck als 2010 erbaut?!? Die Möbel sind in einem maroden Zustand, Der Hund kam tgl öfter vorbei und hat alles was am Boden lag markiert. Wir fühlten uns in unserer Ruhe gestört.

Vodnjan mit Freunden

Geplant waren ein paar Tage mit Freunden zum Geburtstag nachfeiern. Lage ist eigentlich gut abgeschieden jedoch kam die Vermieterin um spätestens 22 Uhr und hat um Ruhe gebeten obwohl in umliegenden Häusern noch gut "Action" war. Unterkunft auch nur bedingt sauber ... haben aber bevor die Zimmer bezogen wurden selber nochmal durchgewischt. Pool und sonstige Ausstattung war super. Vermieterin hat auch 2x sensationelles süßes Gebäck vorbeigebracht. Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt und es läuft ein Jack Russel frei herum und am angrenzenden Feld ist eine Hundemama (angekettet) mit 2 freilaufenden Welpen. - Stichwort Entwurmung/Zeckenschutz 2 gute Reataurants sind in Gehdistanz und Supermärkte (Plodine/Konzum/Lidl) innerhalb von ein paar Autominuten erreichbar. Insgesamt also alles gut, Preis/Leistung jedoch fraglich... man merkt dass der Euro kommt. ;)
