Two separate living spaces offer plenty of privacy, while the two fireplaces provide a cozy ambiance wherever you are. The huge, grassy backyard offers a fenced in yard and is the perfect spot to hang out on the sectional sofa with a glass of your favorite beverage in hand, enjoying the company of your friends and family. Five bedrooms, plus a sleep sofa, accommodate 12.

With an uber-convenient location, 5 spacious bedrooms, two separate living rooms, a modern kitchen, and even a large, private yard, this is the perfect venue for your next family or friend gathering! The built-in workstations make it easy to stay in touch with the office, while the breezy front porch is the ideal spot to curl up with a good book.

Living Spaces
With stylish furnishings, a dramatic full-wall brick fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, you’ll love hanging out in this sophisticated space, chatting over a glass of wine or watching a favorite show. Oversized windows bring in abundant sunshine.
A second full living space is located on the ground level and may promptly be taken over by the kids in your group! Features here include a comfy couch, a cozy fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. A table for four offers space for games, puzzles, or even the occasional snack or meal. Through the main hallway, the first-floor living room has a beautiful white brick fireplace that runs the entire length of the wall. An office nook in the corner is away from any distractions and is perfect for a Zoom call or getting some work done.
A full washer and dryer on the basement level offers added convenience.

This apartment is 8 miles (15 minute drive) from the Naval Base.

Kitchen & Dining
The updated galley-style kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for food and drink prep. Get your morning started off right with a Keurig and complimentary coffee pods. Or enjoy a family dinner in the Crock Pot Slow Cooker! A workstation provides for checking email or a quick check-in with the office.
The dining room with seating for 6 overlooks a full wall of windows to the greenery of the backyard.

Bedrooms & Baths
With five bedrooms to choose from, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, everyone will get a great night’s sleep!
The primary bedroom features an elegant king-size bed, additional seating, a closet, and a TV. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a plush mattress, modern furnishings, plenty of closet space, a TV, and a cozy, minimalist aesthetic. Bedrooms three and four (downstairs) feature queen-size beds, modern furnishings, and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom five has a queen bedroom in the basement for more privacy.
All bedrooms and the common areas are serviced by two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and one with a tub/shower.

Outdoor Amenities
This property has a huge fully fenced backyard with wrap-around outdoor furniture and a grill area. It is a perfect area for a game of frisbee or evening meals during the warm months.
