The newly built holiday rental for 2–6 people is located on a farm. It is on the ground floor and has a south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun.
The farm has cows, chickens (including a cockerel), and ducks roaming around.

We’re near the beautiful Lake Tegernsee and its mountains. Munich, Austria, Salzburg, and Lake Starnberg are all within a 1–2-hour drive.

The two-room apartment with a loft, accommodating 2–6 people, features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.


The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A couch and a TV are also provided.
