Exclusive thatched-roof house – Holiday home with an addition (small holiday apartment), electric charging station for 2 people in Wackerballig on the Baltic Sea
Newly renovated, picturesque holiday home on the Baltic Sea with a thatched roof and a beautiful garden.
Originally built in 1861, the thatched-roof house has been lovingly and expertly renovated by the owners since January 2020. All units are detached on a 700 m² lot featuring a beautiful garden with a seating area, a barbecue area, and a gas grill—separate for each unit. The accommodation is ideal for one or two families or multigenerational families. The garden is fenced in! Each house has a charging station for electric cars.



Small Holiday Apartment:

With a modern design and comfortable amenities, the small holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to 2 people to relax and unwind. In addition, the holiday apartment is equipped with modern home technology: underfloor heating, air conditioning, blackout curtains, a ventilation system, Wi-Fi, and electricity generated on-site via photovoltaic systems.

gemütliche und schön gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen & Hund. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich wohl gefühlt. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in den Ortskern von Gelting. Schöne Gegend zum Spazierengehen.

Bestens ausgestattetes neu renoviertes Haus mit Rasen, Terrasse und ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Gelting/Wackerballig ist ein Natur-, Radler- und Badeparadies! Es lohnt sich!
