The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, and all the essentials to make you feel right at home... but just steps from the Caribbean Sea.



This listing includes two identical, mirrored studios on the same floor, and they are assigned based on availability.



Guest Access:

- Full access: Guests have full access to the rooftop facilities via the building's elevator.

- Access is simple and keyless. You will enter the apartment using an electronic lock, so you won't need to carry keys.

Located in the trendy Colonia Colosio, in the fastest-growing area of ​​Playa del Carmen, this neighborhood offers a more authentic and sophisticated atmosphere than the bustling downtown. Steps away from:

- Beach clubs: Martina Beach Club and It Girasole.

- Must-have: The Chedraui Selecto supermarket is just minutes away for all your grocery needs.



Getting Around:

- Cleaning and Linens: Daily cleaning is not included. Linen/towel changes or full cleaning are available for an additional fee and require 24 hours' notice.



Preparing for Your Arrival

- Sofa Bed: If required, please notify us before 4:00 PM on the day of arrival to guarantee linens.

- Cribs: Available for $15 USD (full stay). Advance reservation and confirmation are required.



The rooftop jacuzzi is filled with room-temperature water and needs to be turned on to begin heating.

Heating takes approximately 30 minutes; it is recommended to turn it on in advance to enjoy it at your desired temperature.



Rules and Availability

- Linen Care: Please do not use towels or sheets to clean the floor or remove makeup; this prevents damage charges.
