Why they chose this property

I live in London since 2006, when I started to let out my flat for a short term accomodation. I bought this flat to be my residence in Maceio at the time I lived there. I have plans to be back to Maceio when I leave London for good sometime in future, that is the reason why I am letting out my property for short term.

What makes this property unique

This is a very spacious and well located property that I fall in love everytime I go to that balcony and have a look at that amazing view!!
I bought this flat when it was still under construction, what allowed me to do some modifications in the structure to became an even more comfortable place.
