The 75 sq meters house is on two floors and includes a living room with an open equipped kitchen, a terrace with dining area on the ground floor and a terrace with lounge area upstairs, three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (with shower and WC).
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
The location is ideal, in the city center of Saint-Tropez just next to the Place des Lices which hosts the market every week. All shops, restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance.
The house is new and very tastefully decorated. It is equipped with WLAN, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer and all appliances are new and of high quality.
there is the possibility to park one car in the underground parking of the property.
