This fantastic vacation home is located in beautiful Blokhus overlooking the fascinating North Sea.



The house will be completed in 2021 and offers the latest technology with the highest standards of hygiene when it comes to the pool and wellness department. The house has 3 double bedrooms. One of them is a master bedroom with private access to one of the three bathrooms in the house. Most of the house and all three bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there are two bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds.



The house offers many activities, including the large pool area and the activity room. From large parts of the house and the terraces you have a great view of the sea. Spend cozy barbecue evenings here with family or friends. To warm up afterwards you can jump into the hot outdoor jacuzzi or enjoy the heat in the sauna. The house offers a base for a successful vacation in any season. In the house you can easily charge your electric car.

Schönes Haus, mit sogar Nordseeblick. Ausstattung ist gut und gemütlich. Inventar großzügig, sodass man nicht sofort alles abwaschen muss. Nur die Sauberkeit lässt an vielen Stellen zu wünschen übrig, so war im Whirrpool zwar das Wasser abgelassen, aber nicht gesäubert worden. Auch die Schränke von innen haben wohl schon lange keinen Lappen mehr gesehen. Aber sonst war es eine tolle Woche für uns. Wir, das waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder von 4-8 Jahren. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool

Billard, Pool, Sauna und die Nähe zum Strand sind perfekt. Auch die Ausstattung insgesamt hat gut gepasst. Wir hatten ein wenig Sorge, wegen der Sauberkeit (vorangegangen Bewertungen) und haben deswegen vorab bei Novasol angerufen. Das Haus war blitzblank geputzt. Alles war prima.

Das Haus ist eigentlich ganz schön. Allerdings ist es sehr schmutzig und dafür, das es erst drei Jahre alt ist, wirklich nicht gut gepflegt. Der Poolbereich ist nicht sauber, in den Bädern sind alle Abflüsse verstopft, dort sind auch die Lüftungen total verdreckt. Alle Fenster sind sehr schmutzig, besonders im Poolbereich. In diesem Haus ist leider von Anfang an verpasst worden vernünftig zu reinigen. Verstehen kann ich dieses nicht, da es von Beginn an in jeder Rezession steht, hätte man es längst in den Griff bekommen können. Sehr gut ist Ausstattung in der Küche, es ist wirklich alles da. Ich würde noch mal buchen, wenn sich im Bereich Sauberkeit was tut.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit vielen Extras und einer tollen Lage. Nah zum Strand, schöne Aussicht und absolut ruhig. Ein wenig schade ist es, dass es leider nicht so sauber ist. Man stellt sich mittlerweile schon etwas drauf ein, aber so richtig verstehen tut man es nicht. Super wäre es auch, wenn an den Fenstern Fliegengitter wären. Die Mücken sind schon extrem und so könnte man auch nachts die Fenster offen lassen und müsste nicht ständig die Klima laufen lassen, da es sonst zu warm wäre. Das Poolhaus war auch etwas zu heiß. 30 Grad würden völlig ausreichen. Der Pool und Jacuzzi waren einfach traumhaft. Generell war der Außenbereich sehr schön.

Børnesengene var uden madrasser, og det kunne I altså godt have informeret om, man lægger da ikke sit lille barn på en hård bundplade. Begge grill var ikke rengjorte og opvaskemaskinen var fyldt med beskidt service da vi ankom.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe in dem Haus .Es gab genug Geschirr und Küchenutensilien für mehrere Leute .Der Ausblick aus dem Wirpool war ein Traum .Die Lage des Hauses war gut aber etwas abgelegen .Das Grundstück ist definitiv zu klein für Kinder zum spielen und auch im rasen waren so Steindeckel eingefügt das das ganze noch weiter eingeschränkt hat .Aber alles in allem war das Haus super schön und alle sind auf ihre Kosten gekommen .
