The Villa is located on the banks of the torrent Albola, set in a tranquil area at the bottom of the mountains, just 10-15 minutes walking distance from Riva del Garda's old town center and the lake.

The apartment is located at the ground floor of the Villa and enjoys its own private external entrance.
It is suitable for 2 people plus 1 or 2 sleeping on the sofa bed and is formed by one living room with kitchen, separate bedroom/bathroom and entrance lobby.
Decorated in bright colours, sea-side themed paintings and rustic furniture, this home’s summery and airy feeling is completed by the gentle sound of the nearby torrent Albola.
