Smoking is not allowed inside the house and only regular cigarettes are permitted outside; no drugs of any kind. Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. For safety reasons, guests under 18 are not permitted. As there are stairs to access a bedroom, this property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. Parties are strictly prohibited. Bed linen and towels are changed for stays over 7 days.
