In total, the villa offers ten 160 cm wide beds, four 90cm single beds, two sofa beds, and four futon mattresses. The layout spans two floors, with bedrooms located downstairs and an open loft upstairs featuring seven additional beds.

The villa offers two stylish living rooms, perfect for both relaxation and social gatherings. The main living area is seamlessly connected to a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with modern, high-end appliances. A striking fireplace serves as the heart of the space, adding warmth, ambiance, and a touch of luxury—especially after a day on the slopes.
Terrace & Outdoor Spaces
Step directly from the living room onto a large private terrace, ideal for enjoying the surrounding nature and fresh mountain air. In the backyard of the property, guests also have access to an outdoor firepit, creating a perfect setting for cozy evenings under the stars.
