This spacious luxury holiday home for 10+4 people is located directly behind the dyke and just a few metres from one of Denmark's best beaches.



In addition to the ideal location close to fresh air and salt water, the holiday home is also close to shopping facilities and the cosy holiday resort of Marielyst. The house is ideal for a holiday with the family. The house is equipped with 7 bedrooms, which are divided into 2 sleeping areas and have an additional 4 beds in the loft. Both sleeping areas have an adjoining bathroom. The open-plan kitchen area is located in the centre of the house. There is room for several families to cook together as the kitchen has two ovens, an extra-large hob, two dishwashers, two sinks and a good fridge/freezer. Meals can be enjoyed at the long dining table.



Weather permitting, you can also enjoy your meal on the cosy and partially covered terrace of the house. A barbecue is also available there. The house's pool measures 18 m² and is equipped with a water slide and Roman steps. Further entertainment continues in the house's activity room. Here you can play table tennis, billiards and table football. You can also compete on the holiday home's PlayStation 4 if you bring your own games.



The holiday home is located in a car-free area, which means you park in a car park in the surrounding area. However, it is possible to unload your luggage at a turning point at the house.
