Casa 463 has all the amenities of home, with the location of beautiful Loreto Bay Nopolo. Casa 463 is literally steps away from the golf course (10th hole), community pool and hot tub, hotel, coffee shop, restaurants, wine bar, and the beach. This casa has one of the largest garden courtyard areas within the development, one of the reason we bought it! Within the courtyard gardens it is like a mini oasis contrasting the beautiful Senora Desert surrounding Loreto Bay.

Our property managers, Jose or Domingo, will help you get settled into the Loreto Bay lifestyle in the restful and relaxing Villages of Loreto Bay. Surrounded by the Sierra de la Giganta mountain range and the Sea of Cortez, Loreto Bay is located in the charming town of Nopolo. The town of Loreto is just minutes away, as is the airport with connecting flights to La Paz, Los Angeles, Guadalajara, Tijuana, and Calgary.

Upon arrival you, our guests, will step into a special place. From the large, palm-treed courtyard, open the French doors to your casa & our lovely, well-equipped, two bedroom, two and 1/2 bathroom villa home. The main floor includes kitchen/dining area, living room, garden bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with shower. The courtyard garden is just out two sets of French doors, and where you will find the a sitting area, 1/2 bath, laundry, and stairs leading up. Upstairs on the terrace is the private, master king suite, overlooking the pool and leading up to the viewing tower which boasts 360 degree views of Loreto Bay: golf course, mountains, sea, and unending charm.

Take a five-minute stroll to the beach and the Inn at Loreto Bay for restaurants, snorkeling, kayaking, and more. Wander along the boulevard or ‘paseo’ and visit the wine bar, café, shops, hair/massage/nail salon, library, or community center.

A little piece of heaven

Despite miss communication on our day of arrival Greg’s house was amazing! It was stocked with everything we needed for our family of 6. Plenty of towels and kitchen well stocked with appliances. The 3 bedrooms was ideal for our family. Incredibly spacious and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Greg for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. Will definitely come again next year!!!

Wonderful Casa

We’ve been staying in Casa 406 for the last few years we’ve visited Loreto. The owner Greg, keeps the place in great condition and keeps up with the maintenance of the Casa to keep it in great shape. The location of the Casa was also very convenient, and close to accessing the community pool and the Hotel Loreto. The property manager Arturo was quick and responsive for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying at Casa406. We look forward to our visit to Loreto again next year, and would like to stay in Casa 406 again.

Beautiful home in excellent location!!

The house was in excellent conditional, with all the amenities we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels were the softest I've ever encountered! The location within Loreto bay was perfect, close enough to walk to the restaurants, the pools and the beach but private enough to nnot be disturbed. We will definitely return!!

Wonderful One Month Winter Casa

Greg and his wife Wanda were very accommodating, we enjoyed our stay with our family and friends very much. The location was great for a short walk to the beach, swimming pool and of course to the all the great restaurants. We loved the Wine Cellar. The Casa was clean, quiet, and fully stocked with every thing you need for your stay. We will recommend to other people.. Darrell & Dona C.

Not impressed

I didn’t think this Casa was very well kept. There was a weird stain on our sheets. One of the main common space doors wouldn’t lock correctly. There were dirty towels in our bathroom and other people’s toiletries in the shower. There was a swarm of ants on the kitchen counter. There was no toilet paper, no paper towel, no soap (and I asked ahead of time if there was or I would have packed it), NO water was left for us. Just 4 empty culligan bottles and no directions where to go or how to fill them. The WiFi didn’t work very well. The counters did not feel clean. But the worst thing, the owner came over and entered multiple times during our stay as if to check out what we were doing and I felt that was intrusive, rude, demeaning and inappropriate. I do not appreciate feeling like I’m being watched on my vacation.

Nice 3 bedroom house in Loreto Bay

We had a wonderful time in Loreto. Greg's house was large enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 small children. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We liked that the garden room with a king size bed was private from the main house. The beach is within walking distance of the house. Also, we needed to check in earlier than our scheduled time and Greg was very accommodating and very easy to work with. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Great house and location

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is awesome and beautiful. It had everything, and was well stocked. Basically, all you need to bring is your toothbrush and clothes. Also, it was a short walk to the beach and the Loreto Bay Hotel. I recommend this house and will stay here again.

Wonderful vacation and highly recommended casa!

We had a fabulous holiday in Nopoló! Casa 406 was spacious, well equipped and beautiful. We loved the close proximity to the pool and the beach. Although there were warnings about stingrays, we never saw one and enjoyed swimming in the ocean. Near by restaurants were excellent, the area was very secure and locals were very friendly. If you are a fisherman, Loreto is the place - my brother in law and his partner caught five be yellow-tail tuna one morning! They were delicious! Forgot to mention one of my favourite thins about the casa - the spacious upper deck, perfect for evening barbecues and surrounded by gorgeous bougainvillea bushes ! We hope to book again with Greg! Louise and Don.

Great unit and location. Perfect.

This unit was perfect- it is just as described in listing and has everything you could possibly need. Make sure you check fridge and cupboards for any condiments and spices before you go to grocery store. Location was great within walking to beach, community pool and hotel. We enjoyed the poolside bar nachos and tacos. Rented kayaks and paddleboard for playing on the beach at the hotel. Having a car was a plus to drive into town for groceries and sightseeing. We drove to Magdalena Bay, about 1 1/2hrs, to see the grey whales (although they were headed out to sea). We rented a Ponga at the marina at Puerto Carlos for 2000 pesos versus paying for a tour which wanted to charge 1800 pesos for person for a group of 6. Also recommend driving to Mulege, about 1 1/2hrs, and hiring Salvador to hike to the Cave paintings.

Wonderful week in Loreto Bay

My wife and I and our two teenage kids spent the week in Loreto Bay and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was affordable and just as advertised. More than enough room for all of us and then some. The courtyard was beautiful and the third floor deck allowed for wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset. The village itself is very well maintained and the staff was both friendly and helpful. We visited the wine bar a couple of times and chatted with the owners. The pool and grounds of the resort were as nice as anything we've seen elsewhere. A short 10 minute drive into Loreto provided all of the culture and food/drink options you could want in a week. Try the snorkeling at any of the islands for a great day trip or make the 45 minute drive to Bajia de Conception for the white sand beaches and local flavor. Can't recommend this house and area enough!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

A beautiful house a short walk from the beach. The house has all new appliances, tall ceilings, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. We grilled fresh fish on the BBQ on the upstairs patio, rode the bikes, and had a wonderful time. We hope to make this trip an annual tradition, including this beautiful VBRO. Thanks !

This Casa has everything!!

My husband and I enjoy Nopollo so much! The views of the mountains, golf course and beaches are so fantastic! Then we relax in the salt water heated pool and socialize in the wine bar across the street. The food is so delicious and their are so many great restaurants to choose from in Loreto. The local people are very friendly and very helpful as well. They have no vendors on the streets and the town is very family oriented. The Casa is spacious, quite, very comfortable and very beautiful. It is very relaxing but there is a lot to experience. We will go back again next April and bring our six Grandkids!

Our family bought our original home in Loreto Bay 'in the beginning', when the lots were just caulk marks in the sand. It has been a wonderful, always eventful, journey from then until today. The only constant has been the beautiful mountains and sea, friendly people, and great food.

We have had several casas in this area of Loreto Bay for the past 16 years, sharing it with our friends and extended family over the years. We recently added this Bohemia model to share with others and are now renting our casa so you can create your own memories in Loreto Bay.
