The detached holiday home, renovated in 2019, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. The dinette offers space for 4 persons.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Veli Lošinj. The holiday house is located on an enclosed property, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest road. Parking on the property and a parking space in the town (distance 100 m).
