Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), park, indoor pool heated (3 x 7 m, depth 70 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Table tennis, badminton, terrace, barbecue. In the house: sauna, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Rataje nad Sázavou" 3 m. Nearby attractions: Hrad Český Šternberk 15 km, Kutná Hora (UNESCO) 35 km, Zámek Konopiště 40 km. Object suitable for 8 adults + 4 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The pool is heated only in the period from 01.06.-30.09.

Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 2 baths/WC, Sauna. Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley and the countryside.
