FeWo Nr.06 im Strandhaus Mönchsgut Lobbe

Da wir schon seit sehr vielen Jahren nach Rügen fahren, ist die Zeit dort immer sehr schön & entspannend. Aber leider sind wir v. der FeWo 06 i.d.Haus Strandhaus Mönchsgut Lobbe nicht begeistert. Auf den 1.Blick alle ok, doch schaut man genauer hin wird man schnell enttäuscht. Es fehlen diverse Dinge i.d. Ausstattung der Wohnung, wie Mikrowelle, Eierbecher, Schneidebretter ect. Auf der sehr ungepflegten Terrasse (Unkraut wuchert überall) fehlt der Sonnenschirm zur Halterung. Die Gartenmöbel könnten auch mal erneuert werden!! Die Wohnung, war nicht gut gereinigt. Überall in den Deckenecken Spinnweben & Spinnen, die Fenster -&Türdichtungen sind defekt, die Eingangstür ist auch nicht dicht. Und d.Bad sollte dringend mal erneuert werden. Badewanne raus & große Dusche rein, die Armaturen tauschen, sind total verkalkt, das WC & deren Spülung sollte auch mal erneuert werden!!! Die Befestigung der Leuchten im Bad am Spiegel hängen schon runter, als würden sie jeden Moment abfallen und getrennt schaltbar sind sie auch nicht!!!! Die Fliesen am Boden sind überwiegend gerissen oder mit Löchern versehen... Das Reinigungspersonal ist leider auch sehr laut und benutzt als Abkürzung der Wegstrecke, um von einem Haus zum anderen mit ihren Arbeitsgeräten zu kommen, die Steinanlage vor der Terrasse dieser Wohnung. Ist für Urlaubsgäste sehr nervig & störend !!!! Das einzige was wirklich sehr schön ist, ist der kurze Weg (250-300m) zum langen Südstrand!!!!

Modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, liegt sehr nah a den wunderschönen Stränden der Ostsee (Max. 5 Minuten Gehweg) und in der Nähe von Restaurants und Lâdchen. Einzige Einschränkung: die Straße vor dem Haus wird tagsüber stark befahren.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sogar Toilettenpapier und Zewa waren ausreichend vorhanden. Eine Starterpaket mit Spülmittel, Spültabs, Wischlappen und Schwamm, sowie Müllbeutel waren vorhanden. Für eine Woche war das alles, was man benötigte. Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub.
