Turn off all AC/heat and lights before you leave.
Make sure garage clicker is left on the dinning table. Lost garage clicker has a $100 replacement fee.
Return key to the lockbox. Make sure lockbox is locked by mixing the numbers. Lost key has a $50 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All visitors need to get approved before entering the house.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
