This marvelous well-appointed property is across the street from the South Carlsbad State Beach. Get up and surf every morning, or walk the beach each evening, watching the sun set--it's up to you! Never worry about parking at the beach again. There's a 2-car garage, and an extra long driveway. This single detached home sits in a gate-guarded community with a playground as well as bocce, volleyball, basketball, and 2 pickle ball courts. Open the windows to get an ocean breeze, or turn on the A/C--again, it's up to you. If ever there was a perfect combination of beach living and the "comforts of back home," this is it!
