The Space:

From the gated entrance, Half Hill evokes a sense of understated Caribbean character with a touch of traditional Spanish countryside influence. The main villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a gracious living room, formal dining room, and well-equipped kitchen. Just across the pool is a charming cottage that includes a master bedroom with a large adjoining patio and a generous living space with two queen sofa beds and a full bathroom, making it ideal for extra guests or flexible sleeping arrangements.



The circular pool is a defining focal point, with seating and lounging areas around the deck that invite shared afternoons and evenings by the water. A Sonos sound system extends from indoor spaces to the pool area for seamless entertainment. Views from the pool terrace stretch over lush gardens toward glistening sea glimpses beyond, creating a serene and scenic atmosphere for all guests.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to Half Hill, including both the main villa and the separate cottage, the infinity edge swimming pool, and the grounds of the property. The layout is ideal for groups or families traveling together, with shared spaces for gathering and private areas for rest.



As part of your stay, guests also enjoy complimentary resort membership benefits at the Rose Hall Beach Club, subject to availability and club policies. This includes access to the beach, pool facilities, and shared amenities at the beachfront club. Additional services and experiences such as watersports, spa treatments, food and beverage offerings, and tennis may be available through the club for a fee and are subject to availability and club terms.

Gratuity for the villa staff is customary and greatly appreciated. Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay is 10% of the villa rental rate during High Season and 15% during Low Season, divided among staff members in accordance with the Gratuity Guide provided in your villa’s Welcome Book. It is standard within the villa industry to observe these guidelines. Gratuities and grocery funds are best prepared in cash, in US dollars. Tips are typically given on the day of departure or may be prepaid at the time of booking. A handwritten thank-you note is a thoughtful personal touch and is always warmly received by the villa team.
