Hidden in the heart of unspoiled Tuscany, where woodland streams flow below and silence feels almost sacred, Casa del Torrentello is an extraordinary retreat suspended between nature and design.

Set in a breathtaking position above two visible streams — which inspired its name — the villa offers the rare sensation of standing at the prow of a ship, floating over forested valleys with no other dwelling in sight. Here, privacy is absolute, and the landscape becomes your only neighbour.

The Farmhouse

This beautifully restored farmhouse accommodates up to twelve guests in six elegant bedrooms, combining rustic authenticity with refined comfort.

On the ground floor, three charming double bedrooms — once the original cantina — open directly outdoors through private doors, creating a seamless connection with nature. These rooms share two beautifully appointed bathrooms, one with both bath and shower, and another with a dedicated shower room.

Upstairs, guests will find one en-suite double bedroom, along with two additional double bedrooms that can be converted into twin rooms upon request, sharing a spacious and tranquil bathroom.

The Living Space

The heart of Casa del Torrentello is its magnificent open-plan living area, transformed from the original chestnut barn. With soaring ceilings and traditional chestnut cross beams, this space feels both grand and deeply welcoming.

The custom-designed kitchen is a masterpiece, featuring marble worktops, a professional oven, and a large American fridge/freezer — perfect for long convivial meals. The dining table comfortably seats twelve, while the sitting area invites relaxation beside an open fireplace, enhanced by a premium Bose sound system.

Outdoor Magic & Pools

From the living room, doors open onto a small terrace ideal for morning coffee, then lead down to a shaded outdoor dining terrace with a large table, a traditional pizza oven, and unforgettable panoramic views across woodland and mountains.

Broad stone steps descend to a lawn and one of the property’s most spectacular features: a stunning infinity pool (10 x 5 meters) that appears to hover above the forest canopy.

As if that were not enough, the upper pool cascades down to a hidden half-circle infinity plunge pool, a secret sanctuary carved into the landscape. A wooden deck with soft outdoor sofas provides shaded comfort, while sun loungers and recliners surround the pool area, all facing the endless green horizon.
