Akila was such a great host. She was quick to respond back with answers to my questions before and during our stay. We stayed for four days and unfortunately I didn't get to meet her, because there was no reason for her to come to the property because everything was great. The little welcome sign in the kitchen, the snacks, and the gift toiletries were such a cute and personal touch. I can't find a single thing to write bad about our experience staying at her property. Everything was clean and well taken care of. There are stores and gas stations within walking distance. Downtown is three minutes away. The mall is maybe 15 minutes driving distance and plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes drive time. I will definitely be booking here if it is available on all of my trips to Rochester. Definitely a FIVE STAR rating. Thank you Akila for making our stay so relaxing and pleasant.

Owner has done a nice job turning this 126 year old property into a nicely decorated apartment. The apartment smelled nice and was clean. The entryway and stairs were not clean and although I requested the porch light be repaired so when I arrived late I would not be in the dark, it wasn't fixed during my 5 night stay. Apple maps couldn't find the property (Google maps did a better job) but the owner was very helpful in directing me there when I called. I don't see how this location is called "Neighborhood of the Arts."
