Cosy home and friendly owner

Beautiful little mountain village. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the valley. We had a relaxed time here.

Vacances au calme

Les propriĂ©taires sont extrĂȘmement sympathiques et disponibles. Ils sont sur place dans une dĂ©pendance. L’emplacement est idĂ©ale pour ĂȘtre au calme, il n’y a aucun commerce Ă  proximitĂ© (il faut faire environ 10km dans les montagnes) et rien sans ĂȘtre vĂ©hiculĂ© Ă  part des randonnĂ©es.

Wunderschöner Urlaub und absolute Empfehlung

Wir haben uns im casa Angela von beginn an sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Angela und Helmut sind tolle Vermieter, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren. Helmut hatte sich direkt nach der Buchung telefonisch gemeldet, um Details zur Anreise zu klĂ€ren und hat uns vor Ort in Lecchiore persönlich am Kirchplatz abgeholt. Wer eine entspannte Zeit in authentischer AtmosphĂ€re ohne Touristenrummel verbringen möchte, ist hier genau an der richtigen Adresse. Trotzdem sind es nur 20 Minuten zum Strand. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alle unsere WĂŒnsche erfĂŒllt. Der Garten lĂ€dt ein zum Verweilen auf den einzelne Terrassen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub fĂŒr uns. WĂŒrde sicher wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus, dem tollen Terassengarten, dem sĂŒĂŸen Bergdorf und der wunderschönen Natur. Der Weg nach San Lorenzo al Mare war gut zu machen, und dank Helmut wussten wir auch von dem schönen Sandstrand, der hervorragenden Strandbar und den Parkmöglichkeiten. Bei der Hitze, die wir genießen durften, waren die Laghetti im Wald eine schöne AbkĂŒhlung und der Weg dorthin am Schluss sogar noch ein wenig abenteuerlich! Helmut und Angela sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Vielen Dank.

Urlaub

Die Vermeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung hat die besondere AthmosphĂ€re eines alten Hauses in einem Bergdorf. Allerdings gab es auch ein paar Dinge, die nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen haben: Die FeWo ist in 2 Wohnungen aufgeteilt mit separaten EingĂ€ngen, so dass die Familie nachts getrennt ist; schwierig mit keineren Kindern. Zudem ist die eigentliche Wohnung vollstĂ€ngig offen, d.h. es gibt keine TĂŒren zwischen den Zimmern,die sich schließen lassen. Zudem gibt es keine LĂ€den; die großen Fenster lassen sich nur mit TĂŒchern und VorhĂ€ngen halbwegs verdunkeln, so dass man im obersten Stock wegen Helligkeit und Hitze eigentlich kaum schlafen kann.

Haus und Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gerĂ€umig mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten KĂŒche. Der Terrassenförmig angelegte Garten hatte einige PlĂ€tze zum Verweilen und bot einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Das Ehepaar Fischer hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles Wichtige erlĂ€utert und fĂŒr uns noch spontan einen Tisch in dem kleinen Restaurant im Ort reserviert. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr. Der telefonische Kontakt lief ebenso problemlos. Die Lage des Ortes bietet gute Wandermöglichkeiten.

Traumhafte Juni Tage

Eine sehr, sehr schönes Haus in einem wunderbaren Teil Lecchiores am Weg zu den Laghetti, mit herrlichem Blick von den verschiedenen Terrassen, eingebettet in den liebevoll angelegten Garten. Ein grossartiger Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!

Ein wirklich tolles, rustikales FeriengrundstĂŒck/Ferienhaus.....so viel FlĂ€che, so viele Möglichkeiten und dazu super nette Gastgeber.....Leider haben wir uns durch unsere verspĂ€tete Ankunft nur kurz direkt kennen gelernt, aber die Chemie stimmte sofort.....gute Kommunikation ĂŒber viele Wege.. ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder....

12 schöne Tage in Dolcedo

Wir waren begeistert von unserem 12 tĂ€gigen Aufenthalt in Dolcedo. Das Haus liegt wunderschön gelegen im kleinen Ort Leggiore etwa 5 km oberhalb von Dolcedo. Sehr gute Ausgangslage fĂŒr Wanderungen in die Umgebung. Gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten in Dolcedo (BĂ€cker, Metzger, Lebensmittel, Restaurants). Gut zu erreichende Bademöglichleiten an der KĂŒste. Das Haus bietet viele PlĂ€tze zum Verweilen, mehrere Terrassen und lauschige PlĂ€tze
innen ist es sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten zu Viert reichlich Platz. Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat und fĂŒr alle Fragen jederzeit erreichbar war. Hundertprozentige Empfehlung !!
