For shared use: natural state property. Private: natural state property. In the house: WiFi, sauna, sun terrace. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bathing lake "Längssee" 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten 2 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
