Comfortable free standing house with 640 sqm garden near the beach

This is a detached holiday home on a sunny 640-square-meter lot, located in a very quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The comfortably furnished home can accommodate 5 people.

The ground floor is tiled or has vinyl flooring.
There you’ll find a bedroom (with new, attractive vinyl flooring) featuring a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 2 nightstands, and a well-stocked closet; a large bathroom with a shower; the entryway; and a combined living/dining room with French doors leading to the patio.
There is a cosy sitting area with a large couch and two armchairs, featuring an open fireplace, a 43-inch Smart TV, and a stereo system.
Next to the large dining area with 6 chairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, egg cooker, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and juicer.
Upstairs, there is a small hallway and two spacious bedrooms. One room has two single beds, a nightstand, a closet, and a small corner table with a radio/CD player; the other is a very nice single room with one bed, a TV with a DVD player, one nightstand, a closet, an armchair, and a desk with a chair. This space is also suitable for a home office.
All three single beds measure 0.90 x 2.00 m.
In the upstairs hallway, there is another armchair as well as a large bookshelf with books, audiobooks, and a whole box full of board games.

The house’s exterior was renovated in recent years. In addition, all three bedrooms were renovated: new floors, fresh paint, new furniture, and new mattresses.

Attached to the house is a lockable storage room with a washing machine, patio furniture with cushions, and a charcoal grill.
There is a carport and 3 parking spaces. Please note that charging an electric car is not permitted.

Our standard check-in day is Friday due to the cleaning service. Other arrival and departure dates must be coordinated in advance.

In addition to the rental price processed through Vrbo, final cleaning (2026 EUR 85.00) and energy costs apply. These are billed on-site based on consumption and paid in cash to our property manager.
The municipality of Ouddorp charges a 2026 tourist tax of EUR 2.00 per person per night. This is also paid in cash to our on-site manager.

Only dogs are permitted as pets. A cleaning fee of EUR 40 applies per pet. This will be charged directly as part of your booking. A maximum of 2 dogs per rental is allowed at Noordzeepark.
