Ein perfektes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht! Super ausgestattet, 2 schöne Terrassen. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man ganz schnell am Strand! Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Entspannte Sommerferientage

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dem Haus. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und hatte alles, was fürs selberkochen benötigt wird, wir waren positiv überrascht. Der Innentisch ist geräumig und hat für manche Partie Karten herhalten müssen, ebenso der sehr große Tisch auf der Terrasse. Von der hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer und kann prima Schiffe beim Abfahren des Horizonts zusehen. Es ist in dem Ort ruhig, die Kuhglocke vom "Nachbarfeld" nimmt man nach einem Tag nicht mehr wahr. Mit dem Auto ist Budoni in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt mehrere Supermärkte mit allen Preissegmenten. Restaurants sind sowieso vorhanden, die mit dem besonderen leckeren Essen meist im nahen Umland oder einen Hupf ins nächste Dorf. Der Strand ist so wie man in braucht, sandig und lang. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wehte immer ein wenig Wind dort, was die hohen Temperaturen erträglich machte. Am Haus war noch die Vielzahl der Sitz- und Relaxmöglichkeiten ein plus, ebenso die vielfältigen Tipps in den Büchern und aus den Mails mit der Besitzerin.

Sehr nettes Haus, gerade für Familien, tolle Terrassen, mit Grill, schöne Strände ganz nah. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Aussicht von der Terasse aufs Meer war super. Das Haus war sehr schön, auch für mehr Personen

Man kann dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen und jede menge Spaß haben. Einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannen findet dort auch jeder wenn er mal keine Lust auf Aktion hat. Der Strand war sehr schön und sauber. Sonnenanbeter und Schattenliebhaber finden ein geeignetes Plätzchen

Excellent location.

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday at this property in an excellent location in a quiet and peaceful village close to Budoni. The property is ideal for families with large terraces overlooking the countryside, great for dining al fresco. Although adequate the kitchen would benefit from updating and air conditioning would be advantageous otherwise our experience of the property was good.

Tolles Haus im Hinterland mit Meersicht

Das Haus ist schön in die Natur eingebettet und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation während der Buchung und auch während unseres Aufenthalts war super. Man schläft sehr gut und die teilüberdachte Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum Verweilen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Das Grundstück verfügt über viel Baumbestand, Wein und Sträucher und ist trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr grün. Die Aussendusche wird vom ganzen Grün regelrecht eingenommen. Wir haben sie deshalb auch nicht genutzt. Abends hört man Grillen und Kuhglocken der Kühe vom Nachbargrundstück, es gibt tolle Schmetterlinge, die in den brillantesten Farben und unfassbaren Größen um die Wette fliegen. Der Strand ist recht schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Soggiorno da favola!

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura insieme a 6 persone: la casa è veramente spaziosa, ben arredata e gode di una vista spettacolare dalla terrazza, dove poter consumare pranzi e cene in tutta tranquillità, guardando il mare e le colline. La posizione è strategica perche vicina al paese ma abbastanza lontana per godere di una pace inaudita, ideale per chi vuole sfruttare il soggiorno per rilassarsi. Inoltre le colline a fianco mitigano il clima, consentendo di sfuggire all'afa del paese. Il tutto è tenuto con estrema cura e il valore aggiunto è dato dalla proprietaria, veramente sempre disponibile, il che consente di vivere la vacanza senza alcuna preoccupazione. Mi sento di consigliarla caldamente a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo comodo, per godersi quella meravigliosa terra che è la Sardegna. 10 e lode!

Hübsches Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage und nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand

Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Budoni im Ortsteil Luttuni. Durch die erhöhte Lage hat man einen herrlichen Blick zum Meer. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist doch toll !! Wer Erholung, Ruhe und Natur sucht ist im Haus Casa Rosa bestens aufgehoben. Kein Verkehrslärm oder andere lästige Geräuschquellen beeinträchtigen den Aufenthalt. Mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten - ca. 5 Minuten - in den Ort Budoni, zum Strand oder zu den verschiedenen Restaurants in Budoni. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das "Il Terramare" das sich auf der Straße zum Strand befindet. Sehr gutes sardisches Essen und eine sehr nette Chefin, die einem. auch die Tagesspezialitäten präsentiert. Auch frischer Fisch wird angeboten, der nicht wie andernorts aus der Gefriertruhe kommt. Da das Haus komplett ausgestattet ist, muß es nicht immer ein Restaurantbesuch sein sondern man kann sich auch etwas Leckeres kochen. Wir haben in Budoni im Fischladen uns frische Gamberoni gekauft und abends lecker zubereitet. Das Haus hat auch einen angebauten Außengrill, den man benutzen kann. Meiner Frau und mir hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Wer Wert auf Ruhe und Erholung abseits vom Alltagstrubel legt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Pure Erholung und Familienidyll

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus Casa Rosa verbracht. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Auf dem großen Grundstück und den kleinen Straßen des Örtchens konnten sich unsere Kinder sicher bewegen, mal die Schweine am Ende der Straße besuchen, mal auf geheime Entdeckungstour gehen. Wir konnten auf den großzügigen Terrassen des Hauses die Ruhe genießen und den schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Nachmittage haben wir an dem super Sandstrand von Budoni verbracht. Endlos lang, nur vereinzelt einige Badegäste (Juni). Die Kinder hatten auch hier immer genug Anregungen: Staudamm bauen am Fluss, Steine und Muscheln sammeln am Strand, Burgen bauen und natürlich Baden, Baden, Baden. Auf dem Strand gibt es ein schönes Restaurant, wo man es sich sowohl mittags als auch abends gut gehen lassen kann. Eine exzellente Küche! Den Vermietern danken wir, dass sie ihr schönes Feriendomizil vermieten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Splendido!

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus, kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, eine große Terrasse mit einmaligem BLICK, gut eingerichtete Küche und das alles nicht weit vom Meer mit hervorragenden Stränden. Sehr sehr sicher, das war nicht unser letztes Mal dort! Grazie, Anja!
