Guest Access:
After booking, you'll receive access to our digital Guest Portal — self-check-in instructions, house rules, and everything you need before arrival. A rental agreement with optional damage protection plan is required.
The entire property is yours: all floors including basement, pool and hot tub (pool open Apr 1–Oct 31; heating available for added daily fee), all outdoor spaces, all game room amenities. Horse barn and paddock available for an additional fee — arrangements made in advance. Private entrance with long gravel driveway.

After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in. It includes your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information.
You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.
